Peach Margarita
If you’re looking for a fresh summer cocktail with just the right balance of sweet, citrusy, and a little spicy, this peach margarita is it. Made with fresh peaches, muddled mint, and a honey + Tajín rim, it feels like something you’d order at a cute rooftop bar—but you made it at home in five minutes.
Ingredients:
Fresh peaches and mint for muddling
¾ oz lime juice
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz tequila
Honey + Tajín for the rim
Ice
Instructions:
Muddle a few peach slices with mint in the bottom of your shaker.
Add lime juice, Cointreau, tequila, and a scoop of ice.
Shake until it’s very cold.
Rim a glass with honey and Tajín, then fill with fresh ice.
Strain the margarita over the ice. Sip and enjoy!
