This easy scarf necklace tutorial is one of those little tricks that instantly makes an outfit feel intentional. All you need is a small scarf, a charm, and a hinged jump ring. Open the jump ring and add the charm. Find the middle of the scarf and attach the jump ring/charm. Then, tie a knot or two on both sides of the scarf.
