Lavender Matcha at Home
This iced lavender oatmilk matcha is just like Starbucks, but it's actually made in our kitchen, and it couldn’t be easier (or prettier). The combo of earthy matcha, floral lavender, and creamy oatmilk makes this a dreamy afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder
8 oz Milk of your choice (we used fat-free Fairlife)
3 to 4 tablespoons of creamer of your choice (we used Oat-ly oatmilk creamer)
1 tablespoon of lavender syrup
Directions:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of matcha with about 1/4 cup of water and blend until smooth.
Pour over 8 oz milk with ice and stir.
Use a frother to mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of creamer with 1 tablespoon of lavender syrup and 1 drop of purple food coloring (optional) until fluffy.
Pour on top of iced matcha and enjoy!
